Returns Policy – Lenestolz
At Lenestolz, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have the right to return your item(s) within 15 days of receiving your order.
Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with Dutch and EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 15 calendar days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 15 days after the day you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, received the goods.
How to Initiate a Return
To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us in writing within the 15-day period. You can do this by:

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

The item is unused and in the same condition as received

It is returned in its original packaging (if reasonably possible)

You return the goods within 14 days of notifying us of your decision to withdraw
Return Shipping

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service.

Refunds
Once we have received and inspected your returned item(s), we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

A full refund (including the original standard shipping cost, if applicable) will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned item(s), or of proof that the goods have been returned.
Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

Custom-made or personalized items

Perishable goods or items with a short shelf life

Sealed items that are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons, if the seal has been broken
